Essential Skills

To be successful in the HGV Class 1 Driver role, you'll need to:

  • Hold a current HGV Class 1 licence
  • Understand loading/unloading principles
  • hold a Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC)
  • Have good communication skills to quickly understand instructions and liaise effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • No more than 3 points on Licence
