Walker Cole is searching for a Senior Business Development (BD) Manager to join a growing pharmaceutical business in the UK. As a Senior Business Development Manager you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating acquisition targets.

Key Duties:

  • Conduct Market Research using databases to identify and evaluate pre-commercial stage targets, including mapping of markets and therapy areas of interest.
  • Build sales forecasts and business cases for existing assets and new product acquisitions.
  • Support commercial due diligence activities, build business cases and prepare investment papers for internal stakeholders.
  • Work with senior leadership team to maintain an active M&A Pipeline.

The successful Senior Business Development Manager will have:

  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical in-licensing
  • Experience working with Generic or off-patent products
  • Regulatory knowledge of the EU Generics market
  • ABPI qualified preferred but not essential.
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
