Our client is seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development Manager to identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the cleaning industry. This individual will play a key role in expanding their market presence, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, and exceptional negotiation skills. Key Responsibilities:
·New Business Acquisition: Identify and target new business opportunities in the cleaning sector and booking appointments. ·Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. ·Sales Strategy: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company growth objectives, expanding the client base and increasing revenue streams. ·Proposal Development: Prepare and present tailored proposals to prospective clients, effectively showcasing the company's services and value propositions. ·Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts, providing regular updates to senior management. Key Skills and Qualifications:
·Experience: Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within the cleaning, facilities management, or service industry. ·Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success in generating leads, managing sales pipelines, and closing deals. ·Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients at all levels. ·Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and contract management abilities. ·Problem-Solving: Ability to think strategically and pro actively address client needs and challenges. ·Self-Motivated: Results-driven with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. ·Meetings: Must be willing to travel across Bedford, Oxford, Northampton, London etc
