Our client is looking to recruit a Marketing Manager to join a national business. Main Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Develop a clear positioning and unique points of differentiation for the brand, ensuring all marketing communications—both online and offline—reflect a market-leading position.
  • Manage and execute the marketing plan in line with the long-term strategy and growth targets to increase leads and revenue.
  • Create compelling content and engage with external customers through platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, building strong relationships with key internal contacts to deploy well-crafted campaigns.
  • Design and implement effective multi-channel marketing initiatives, campaigns, and promotions aimed at lead generation, new customer acquisition, and customer retention.
  • Measure and report on the results and outcomes of promotional campaigns, utilising Excel for marketing analysis and campaign reporting.
  • Oversee the portfolio and campaign strategy from execution through to measurement, ensuring best practices in content creation and amplification.
  • Design and produce effective marketing and sales collateral to support new business initiatives.
  • Conduct ROI analysis on all marketing activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate across the organisation, fostering a one-team culture.
  • Perform additional duties as requested by your line manager.
Essentials:
  • Strong and creative copywriting skills.
  • Collaborative team player with a constructive approach.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, capable of managing and leading complex projects to meet deadlines.
  • Experienced commercial marketer with a growth mindset and expertise in digital marketing.
  • Confident communicator, able to network and build productive relationships with suppliers, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using CRM/email platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Skilled in executing integrated promotional, direct marketing, and advertising campaigns.
  • Capable of managing a demanding schedule and delivering multiple marketing projects on time.
  • Experience in demand creation and customer acquisition campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital media and brand management.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, able to produce strategic presentations for senior management.
  • Marketing/Business degree, qualification, or CIM certification.
Desirables:
  • Familiarity with website CMS systems.
  • Basic HTML coding experience.
