We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Development Surveyor to join our Property team in the East of England. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of development appraisals and project management.

Description

  • Conducting development appraisals and feasibility studies.
  • Assisting with property acquisitions and disposals.
  • Undertaking project management tasks.
  • Liaising with a range of stakeholders.
  • Preparing reports and documentation for the Property team.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legal and industry standards.
  • Providing advice on property-related matters.
  • Participating in team meetings and training sessions.

Profile

A successful Development Surveyor should have:
