Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm

Bridge Recruitment is helping one of our established clients recruit for an experienced Goods In/Goods Out Clerk to join their ever-expanding team.
Responsibilities of the Goods In/Goods Out Clerk:
" Receiving Goods - Unload deliveries safely from trucks or vans, check incoming shipments for accuracy and quality, verify delivery notes against purchase orders.
" Stock Control & Storage - Label and store goods in designated areas, keep track of inventory and update stock records, ensure proper rotation of stock (FIFO/LIFO methods).
" Quality & Safety Compliance - Inspect goods for damage and report any discrepancies to the supplier, follow health and safety regulations when handling stock, operating forklifts, pallet trucks, or other machinery safely (if trained).
" Record Keeping & Communication - Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to log stock movements, liaise with suppliers, drivers, and internal teams, assist with stock audits and inventory counts.
" General Warehouse Duties - Maintain a clean and organized workspace, assist with packing, loading, and dispatching goods when required, follow company policies and procedures.
Requirements of the Goods In/Goods Out Clerk:
" At least a minimum of 3 years' experience
" Previous goods in/goods out experience.
" Must be able to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
" Understanding of health & safety.
" Great attention to detail.
" Forklift licence desirable.
