What You'll Be Doing
As a Building Surveyor, you will:
·Manage Diverse Projects: Work on a mix of reactive and planned preventative maintenance projects. You'll conduct surveys, identify defects, make recommendations, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver cost-effective, timely solutions.
·Independent Ownership: With your keen eye for detail and technical knowledge, you'll have the chance to independently manage projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes that meet deadlines.
·Provide Consultancy: Offer professional advice across council teams, facilitating successful, multidisciplinary projects.
·Collaborate Remotely: Join a hybrid team using tools like Microsoft Teams and project management software to keep communication and projects on track.
