Sales & Account Administrator

Location: Bedford

Job Type: Permanent, Office Based

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (1hr lunch)

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000

We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our Bedford based clients’ team as a Sales and Account Administrator. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Head of Commercial to support sales across customer channels in alignment with the company strategy.

This is a multifaceted role where you’ll manage existing customer relationships, explore new business opportunities, and ensure processes run smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, support in developing new customer opportunities, and ensure exceptional service. Manage pricing, sales records, reports, and presentations with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Sales Support: Analyse sales performance, identify opportunities for growth, and assist in creating tailored sales plans. Help maximise revenue through effective product and market strategies.
  • Business Administration: Handle customer queries, maintain databases, and provide sales forecasts, meeting reports, and updates to the Head of Commercial.
  • General Duties: Ensure product quality, attend trade shows as needed, and take on additional tasks that support company goals and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar previous role.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • B2C, Sales and Administration experience.
  • Initiative driven with a collaborative team spirit.
  • Resilience and persistence under pressure.
