We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager, Account Manager, who loves Business Development! Ideally with a minimum of three to five years’ experience selling to construction or event companies would be beneficial but not mandatory. You must be able to demonstrate through experience exemplary customer service and high-level sales skills. Working for the Sales Director as part of the National Sales Team your duties and responsibilities would include.

  • Demonstrate excellent levels of customer service for both internal and external customers
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Pro-actively selling, maintaining and expanding sales to new and existing customers.
  • Develop market growth through existing and new business sales
  • Maintain efficient sales records on CRM system
  • Ensure all targets (Sales/Call Rate/meetings) and KPI's are achieved
  • Engage with end users and upsell products.
  • Assist in the establishment of new product development.
  • Meet with customers
  • Monitor customer and competitor activity and report to the MD/Sales

An experienced and motivated Sales Manager, Account Manager, Sales Support / Customer Service Executive, educated to HND/HNC or 'A’ level standard and due to the location of this role be a car driver

£30-45k DOE (OTE £80k+), Commission, Company Bonuses and Private Medical Care - Full time, Permanent
