The Role

As a Sales & Business Development Executive, you'll play a key role in promoting our unique product range and driving business growth. This office-based position demands a proactive approach to both new and existing business opportunities. You'll work closely with the Sales Director to identify and capitalise on sales and hire opportunities while ensuring top-tier customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Actively engage in sales activities to expand market reach and convert specifiers and end-users to our product range.
  • Maintain accurate sales order entries using our CRM system.
  • Achieve sales targets, call rates, and KPI benchmarks.
  • Assist in the development of new products and explore market expansion opportunities.
  • Conduct customer meetings as needed and report on customer activity to the Sales Director.
  • Monitor and report on competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be ambitious and eager to progress within the company. You should be self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently, while also being a team player with excellent communication skills. Previous experience in a sales-related role, such as Internal Sales, Sales Manager, or Sales Support Executive, is advantageous. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is desirable.
