Your Role:
- Set up and operate 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC machines with a high level of precision and efficiency.
- Perform online programming tasks using Heidenhain controls (training provided if you have experience with other systems).
- Interpret technical drawings and apply GD&T principles to ensure tight tolerances.
- Use your machining expertise to optimise production processes and meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with supervisors and other departments to deliver high-quality results.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist, with strong programming and setup skills.
- Expertise in 3 and 5-axis machining, tooling, and process optimisation.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills for real-time adjustments.
- A proactive approach to safety and quality standards.
