  • Keeping up to date with changing building standards and codes of practice

  • Project managing schemes, maintaining risk registers and project cashflows.

  • Developing relationships with a range of designers and professional consultants

  • Working collaboratively with our new business, delivery and sales teams to help achieve our growth ambitions and deliver high quality new homes.

We’d love to meet someone with:

  • In-depth knowledge of construction gained either through experience working for a developer/contractor or education in a relevant subject such as architecture, construction management, or building studies/engineering.

  • Proven ability to forward plan to meet deadlines.

  • Skills to motivate a team of consultants to achieve project objectives.

  • A working knowledge of planning and development of new build residential schemes

  • Strong project management and organisational skills

  • Confidence to present technical matters succinctly and clearly to a wide audience.

  • Excellent IT skills, and experience of using Excel and databases.

  • Strong analytical skills who demonstrate persistence and determination in getting the detail right.

We can offer you:

  • A competitive salary

  • 28 days holiday PLUS Bank Holidays. With up to 5 additional days through time served

  • Private health care

  • Free life assurance

  • Access to an extensive suite of wellbeing services and tools including a digital gym
