Role responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for relevant project delivery partners.
  • Undertake day-to-day operations and project governance.
  • Coordinate with partners and engage with external stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with external stakeholders.
  • Deliver internal and external reports.
  • Oversee budgets.
  • Organize meetings and deliver events.
  • Form excellent working relationships with project stakeholders and suppliers.

Selection criteria:

  • Experience setting up and managing projects involving multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in business planning, managing substantial budgets and delivering a varied programme of work
  • Experience of formal reporting including the delivery of reports and supporting information to senior stakeholders
  • Developing, maintaining and leading strategies for monitoring and evaluation to enable robust progress reporting
  • Delivering on KPIs and tenacity to ensure deliverables are delivered on time
  • Ability to develop good working relationships with key staff internally and throughout the stakeholder and supplier organisations
