Customer Service Advisors - Immediate start

Bedford - Office based ONLY

Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

£12.00 per hour

Temporary - with the opportunity to go permanent

We are searching for several Customer Service Advisors to join our prestigious client based in Bedford. We are looking for customer focussed individuals to help customers with queries. You will be contacting customers and booking an engineer visit. You will also be required to collate key information so the engineer can complete the work required. It is important to have excellent attention to detail, be a good listener and a strong communicator.

The role

  • Calling customers to gather information and book for an engineer to visit and complete works.
  • Update the system accordingly with the customer's request and details of the work that needs completing.
  • Updating an Excel spreadsheet.
  • Rebooking engineer visits, when required.
  • General administration
  • Assisting with Customer queries over email and phone

Skills and experience required.

  • You must have strong written and verbal communion skills.
  • Must be confident using a computer.
  • Previous customer service experience within retail or a call centre desired
  • Must be committed and hard working.
  • Knowledge of Excel advantageous
