Customer Service Administrator
Location: Bedford - Office based ONLYHours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pmPay: £12.00 per hourDuration: Temporary - 4-8 weeks initially, with a likely extension
Are you a customer-focused individual with a passion for helping others? We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join our prestigious client in Bedford. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference by assisting customers with their queries and ensuring they receive an exceptional service.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Engaging with customers: Contact customers to gather information and schedule engineer visits.
- Updating systems: Keep records up to date with customer requests and details of the work needed.
- Managing data: Update Excel spreadsheets with important information.
- Rescheduling appointments: Rebook engineer visits when necessary.
- Providing support: Handle customer queries via email and phone.
- General administration: Assist with various administrative tasks.
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent communication skills: Strong written and verbal skills are a must.
- Computer proficiency: Confidence in using a computer is essential.
- Customer service experience: Previous experience in retail or a call centre is essential.
- Commitment and hard work: We need a dedicated and hardworking individual.
- Excel knowledge: Familiarity with Excel is a plus.
