I am looking for a proactive and positive person with strong administration and organisational skills to join a great team in Bedford as a service coordinator.

What will you be doing in the service coordinator role?

  • Efficiently planning and scheduling engineers diaries.
  • Contact customers to schedule maintenance dates, corrective maintenance and arrange emergency engineer response visits.
  • Ensure planned maintenance and monitoring meet or exceed established service levels.
  • Manage customer issues post-maintenance efficiently.
  • Ensure timely response to emergency callouts within agreed SLA timescales.
