Position: Pharmacist

Location: Bedford, Bedfordshire

Scope for lots of services

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm - No weekends

Salary: 60k basic + High service bonus scheme - Option of self employed route 28ph + Service bonus - on average 500 - 1000 per month service bonus scheme

Main Responsibilities

Drive the business and services forward

Maintain strong relationships with local GPs

Build and maintain strong relationships with patients

Identify and act on new business opportunities

Ensure a first-class customer experience

Adhere to all relevant policies and legislation

Essential Requirements

Qualified pharmacist, registered with the GPhC

Strong leadership and decision-making skills

Excellent understanding of providing an enhanced customer experience

Ability to engage and motivate the team effectively

Capable of making day-to-day operational decisions, referring issues when necessary

Excellent customer service and communication skills

High standard of English and communication abilities

Good level of maths and organisational skills

Ability to work to deadlines and multitask

Commitment to confidentiality

Ability to build relationships with key partners

Willingness to learn and adapt

Strong passion for excellent patient care, along with commercial acumen
