Key Qualities We're Seeking:- Educational Background: A degree in Psychology, Criminology, or a related field is preferred. Experience in SEN is highly valued, especially for recent graduates.

- Understanding of SEN: A commitment to understanding and addressing the unique learning and behavioural needs of students in an SEN setting.
