Role: Teaching Assistant
Location: Ampthill, Bedfordshire
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £85 -£100 per day
REED are currently working with a primary school based in Ampthill, supporting them recruit a 1:1 TA to start in the coming weeks. The role is initially long term, with the potential to go permanent.
The Role:• Support a child with their learning and development as a Teaching Assistant• As a Teaching Assistant you will contribute to creating a safe, supportive & engaging learning environment• Build a close bond with the child to ensure they feel comfortable both inside & outside the classroom• Communicate closely with colleagues to ensure the progress of students is prioritised as a Teaching Assistant• Work 1:1 with the child to ensure they achieve their developmental milestonesRequirements:• Available Immediately, Mon-Fri 8:30-4• Willing to support SEND children with complex needs as a Teaching Assistant• MUST have a CHILD ONLY DBS or willing to get one• Have experience with children in some capacity whereby you can provide a reference• Live local to Richmond or within a commutable distance
