REED are currently working with a secondary school based around the Shefford area, supporting them recruit a temporary teaching assistant to start from January 2025. 

Key Responsibilities:-Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.-Assist with classroom management and maintain a positive learning environment.-Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who need extra help.-Assist with the preparation of teaching materials and classroom resources.-Follow school policies and procedures to ensure student safety and wellbeing.-Adapt to different school settings and build positive relationships with staff and students.Requirements:-Experience working in primary schools in the UK.-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.-Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.-Flexibility and adaptability to work in different schools.
