Registered Childrens Home Manager

Location: Bedford

About the Role:

This company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Childrens Home Manager to lead a 5 bed home (ages 9-17) currently with 4 children in the home. Rated Good with Ofsted. This is a unique opportunity to shape and influence the future of a new facility, ensuring high standards of care and compliance from the very start.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the childrens home, ensuring the highest standards of care and safety.
  • Lead and motivate a team of care professionals, providing guidance and support.
  • Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and all relevant legislation.
  • Develop and implement care plans tailored to the needs of each child.
  • Maintain effective communication with children, families, and external agencies.
  • Oversee the home's budget and resources effectively.
