What You Will Do:

• Manage electrical function, performance, and reliability tests for Body Electronics systems and CAN architecture/network testing.• Lead concern identification to root cause investigation, including countermeasure recommendation.• Support design departments to ensure the quality of component testing and create test plans aligning with project and design milestones.• Develop testing procedures, confirm vehicle spec and test parts required for testing, including arranging vehicle transportation as needed.• Act as the overall vehicle test technical coordinator (project leader) when required.• Formally report test results to design sections and upper management, prioritising and multitasking between multiple projects simultaneously.

What You Will Bring:

• Degree qualified in a relevant engineering discipline, with a working knowledge of automotive electrical architectures.• Fluent written and verbal English language capability, with experience in risk assessment of electrical design and generation of test plans.• Understanding of network communications and multiple bus principles (CAN, LIN, Ethernet), able to follow system circuit diagrams and identify electrical connections.• Demonstrable practical experience in problem-solving tools and techniques, conversant with digital oscilloscopes, network, and RF measurement equipment.• Experience completing a minimum of two vehicle developments, or equivalent experience.
