We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to join our client’s team, where you will play a key role in delivering top-quality service and support. In this dynamic position, you will handle service work, respond to customer callouts, and be the first point of contact for urgent maintenance needs—ensuring reliable and efficient solutions every time.

This includes first fix or successful diagnosis of electrical and refrigeration faults. With the proven ability to analyse and show good attention to detail, you will be able to communicate at all levels to both internal staff and client representatives providing a first-class service at all times.

Key responsibilities for a Refrigeration Engineer

  • Visit sites to assess, diagnose, and repair faults.
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance.
  • Ensure all work complies with F-Gas regulations.
  • Inspect client equipment and advise on proper usage.
  • Complete electronic job sheets and service reports daily.
  • Supply detailed information to office staff for accurate quotations and follow-ups.
  • Offer technical support and training to internal staff and stakeholders.
  • Respond to emergency callouts and participate in the standby rota (currently 1:7).
