The successful RF Engineering Director you will spearhead the design, development, and deployment of next-generation RF technologies, products, and systems that will drive the future of companys European subsidiary.

Lead and manage the RF engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

Develop and execute the RF engineering strategy, aligned with the companys broader goals and objectives.

Oversee the design, simulation, and testing of RF systems, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and scalability.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, business development, sales, and operations to capture RF opportunities, building on the company's capabilities and product offerings.

Drive continuous improvement in RF design processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and quality.

To be successful in this role of RF Engineering Director we would love to speak to anyone who has experience of:

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or a related field; Masters or Ph.D. preferred.

10+ years of experience in RF engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Proven track record of leading successful RF projects from concept to production in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Deep expertise in RF design, including antennas, transmitters, receivers, and communication systems and a desire to continue playing a role as an individual contributor on programs, projects, and key R&D activities.

Strong knowledge of the latest simulation tools and RF testing equipment.

Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a passion for mentoring and developing talent.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive, hands-on approach to challenges.
