- Have experience of working within a learner / candidate attraction role; engaging with unemployed learners to recruit onto adult education / employability programmes.
- Ability to establish and develop relationships with referral partner
- Strong communication skills.
- Must demonstrate an engaging personality, with ability to motivate and encourage individuals who are returning to work and learning
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative.
- Highly organised and able to manage own workload effectively.
- Full, clean, UK driving licence and flexibility with travel.
- Carry out learner engagement activities; establishing relationships with referral agencies such as the Job centre, stakeholders and building strong links in the community to recruit learners onto various adult training programmes.
- Promote the benefits of employability training and adult education programmes available, with a view to enrolling individuals onto suitable programmes.
- Interview and register learners.
- Build confidence and address barriers to gaining employment through tailored support and interventions.
- Complete documentation accurately, ensuring that all paperwork meets compliance standards.
- Creation and maintenance of learner and stakeholder databases.
- Attend networking events and maintain relationships with learners
- Work towards targets.
