Our client, a leading independent and employee-owned multi-disciplinary practice, is seeking an Architectural Assistant with at least their year out industry experience in a UK based practice, to join their residential team in Bedford. This role is ideal for candidates looking to further develop their technical and design skills within a collaborative environment. You will contribute to a variety of architectural projects, assisting in detailed drawings, technical solutions, and planning applications while ensuring compliance with UK regulations.

Daily Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing detailed architectural drawings and plans using AutoCAD.
- Support project teams with technical detailing and construction solutions.
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather essential project information.
- Work alongside architects, engineers, and other professionals to deliver high-quality designs.
- Contribute to planning applications and compliance with UK building regulations.
Ideal Candidate Criteria:
- Part 1 Architectural Assistant with a minimum of one year of UK industry experience (fresh graduates not considered).
- Strong AutoCAD proficiency and knowledge of UK building regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and teamwork skills.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and professional development.
