Salary: 24-28,000 DOE

Our client, a leading independent and employee-owned multi-disciplinary practice, is seeking an Architectural Assistant with at least their year out industry experience in a UK based practice, to join their residential team in Bedford. This role is ideal for candidates looking to further develop their technical and design skills within a collaborative environment. You will contribute to a variety of architectural projects, assisting in detailed drawings, technical solutions, and planning applications while ensuring compliance with UK regulations.

Daily Responsibilities:

Ideal Candidate Criteria:

  • Part 1 Architectural Assistant with a minimum of one year of UK industry experience (fresh graduates not considered).
  • Strong AutoCAD proficiency and knowledge of UK building regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and teamwork skills.
