Our client is seeking Manufacturing Operatives to join their dynamic team in producing high-quality products. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to contribute to a cutting-edge manufacturing process while developing their skills in a cleanroom setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Manufacture precise products in a cleanroom environment, adhering to stringent specifications and quality standards.
  • Follow written instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure product consistency and compliance.
  • Accurately record process data, complete production logs, and document deviations.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production output, yield targets, and continuous improvement goals.
  • Maintain discipline in safety, housekeeping, and time management while adhering to cleanroom protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues, reporting any process or equipment issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • GCSE or equivalent in Mathematics and English.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions with precision.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills (spoken and written English).
  • High level of responsibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in a cleanroom or manufacturing setting is advantageous (on-the-job training provided).
  • Familiarity with cleanroom protocols, contamination control, and basic computer systems is beneficial.
