Are you an experienced production operative? Do you consider yourself to be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and an asset to a busy team? Are you based in or around Blunham?

We have a Temp to Perm Corrugator Team Member role available at DS Smith. This role is ideal for someone with machine operating experience and a safety-first approach.

Working Hours:

Pitman Shift: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM (12-hour shifts with Days and Nights)
Company standard working hours are 42 per week. Approved working beyond these hours is considered overtime, paid at x1.5 Monday to Saturday and x2 for Sunday.

Responsibilities:

Operate machinery safely and efficiently.
Ensure productivity and performance targets are met.
Maintain consistent quality standards.
Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks as per schedule.
Support improvement initiatives as needed.

Essential requirements:

Safety-focused with a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
Team player, quality-conscious, and adaptable to multi-skilled working.

Preferred requirements:

Experience in production or machine operation.
