Do you have strong experience of working as a mortgage advisor and are now looking for career progression? If so, this opportunity might be just what you’re looking for. This role would be ideally suited for an experienced mortgage broker looking for the next step in their career. You will be joining a well-established business who is looking for someone who can offer their experience and expertise to a team of advisors and look after the mortgage operation.

The business

The business is a well-established firm and are directly authorised. They have a number of advisers working within the firm and are based in the Bedfordshire area.

The role

The encompasses two main area of responsibility. Firstly, you will be using your experience to continue to provide mortgage and protection advice by capitalising on leads provided by the business. In addition to that, you’ll assume responsibility of the overall mortgage operation. This will include supporting and managing the existing advisers with the provision of quality advice, ensuring good client outcomes. In addition, you will ensure that the team are achieving relevant income production targets.
