We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Practice Manager based in Bedford for one of our clients on a full-time, permanent basis. Our client is a reputable land and property professionals. 

 Responsibilities of thePractice Manager

  • Supervise the accounts department and monitor cash flow and debtors.
  • Produce financial reports and budgets.
  • Oversee insurance requirements of the business.
  • Maintain personnel records, dealing with the administration of holidays and sick leave.
  • Manage the firm's offices including waste disposal, office equipment and utilities.
  • Manage internal audits and ensure compliance to ISO9001.
  • Arranging and minuting partners and other management meetings. 

Requirements for a Successful Practice Manager

  • Several years' experience as a Practice Manager within the legal and professional services sector previously.
  • Experience minute-taking.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Strong IT skills with proficiency in Office 365.
