Warehouse Operative with Counterbalance License & Driving License

We are seeking a motivated and reliableWarehouse Operativeto join our team. This is a hands-on role within a metalworking environment, requiring experience in heavy lifting and a proactive approach to daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling and organizing metal products within the warehouse.
Safely operating acounterbalance forklift(approximately 20% of the time).
Loading and unloading goods, ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met.
Preparing and fulfilling customer orders, including building custom boxes for specific orders.
Occasionally delivering products to customers, requiring a validUK driving license.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.

Requirements:

Validfull counterbalance forklift license.
Clean, fullUK driving license.
Physically fit, as the role can be labour-intensive and involve heavy lifting.
Somecarpentry skillsare desirable for building customer boxes as required.
Previous experience in a warehouse or metalworking environment (preferred).
Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team.

Working Hours:

Monday Thursday: 8:30 am 5:00 pm
Friday: 8:30 am 4:30 pm
Includes a1-hour unpaid lunch breakeach day.
