We are recruiting for an administrator to join the team of our client who are based in Silsoe. The role is part of the fire safety team, and your primary function is to support the team by all means of contact!
Our client is an aspiring leader in their industry and have got over 25 years of industry experience!
We are not looking for someone with specific experience, and our client are open to training someone on all the below responsibilities. We are looking for an extremely organised person, who is a confident communicator and willing to learn.
Key Responsibilities for an Administrator
- Booking in fire door surveys
- Receive, load and action quotes after surveys are complete
- Send reports for surveys
- Review and report on an in house efficiency tracker
- Assisting and supporting the team through client communication on queries
- Produce risk assessments to engineers and clients
- Speak with clients and residents on a daily basis
Essential Skills for an Administrator
- Full UK driving License
- Customer service or admin experience
- Strong communication skills
- Work well using own initiative - make effective decisions confidently
- Organised and resilient
- Attention to detail, accurate when checking and processing information
