Your role will involve overseeing workloads, supporting your team to meet targets, and escalating issues when necessary.

Profile
A successful Engineering Shift Lead should have:
- A recognised Engineering qualification (Minimum Level 3)
- Demonstrable experience in managing engineering teams.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and leadership skills.
- A solid understanding of health, safety and environmental regulations.
- Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
