- Making calls (B2B) to new clients to identify new business opportunities.
- Create sales leads through prospecting, booked appointments and event registration.
- Assisting Account Managers, through writing clear reports of appointments booked.
- Maintaining the contact database (CRM) and keep details up to date.
- Attend trade shows and partner events.
- Be part of Vendor and Partner Campaigns.
- Previous telesales (B2B) experience required.
- Prior experience using a CRM and other office applications.
- Strong problem-solving, organisation, and planning skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills both internally and with customers.
- Demonstrated ownership, initiative, organisation, and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Preferred experience in an outbound call center or order desk environment.
- Ability to interact with a wide variety of people and highly communicable.
- Self-starter, conscientious, approachable, and enthusiastic.
- Monday to Friday.
- Uncapped Commission (£25,000 - £40,000+ OTE).
