Are you someone that thrives in a sales environment and is an energetic go getter? Are you looking for your next opportunity to work in an environment with an uncapped commission package? Our client, based in Cranfield, who specialises in delivering next generation technologies, consistently working to bridge the gap in the market is now looking for an Internal Sales Executive to join their team, working full-time, permanently, Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate would have previous experience within a telesales/customer service environment and have the determination to create and identify new business opportunities. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business that can offer you a pathway for progression.  Key Responsibilities:
  • Making calls (B2B) to new clients to identify new business opportunities.
  • Create sales leads through prospecting, booked appointments and event registration.
  • Assisting Account Managers, through writing clear reports of appointments booked.
  • Maintaining the contact database (CRM) and keep details up to date.
  • Attend trade shows and partner events.
  • Be part of Vendor and Partner Campaigns.
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Previous telesales (B2B) experience required.
  • Prior experience using a CRM and other office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving, organisation, and planning skills with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills both internally and with customers.
  • Demonstrated ownership, initiative, organisation, and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Preferred experience in an outbound call center or order desk environment.
  • Ability to interact with a wide variety of people and highly communicable.
  • Self-starter, conscientious, approachable, and enthusiastic.

  • Monday to Friday.
