Our client a global loss adjusting company are looking for a Team Leader to support and manage their rapidly expanding team of claims handlers, based at their Milton Keynes office.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be leading a team of experienced claims handlers who deal with Liability claims, ranging from Employers Liability, Personal Liability through to Commercial based claims varying in value.

General Background

We're looking for a talented leader: A candidate that enjoys mentoring and developing a team to ensure a high performance and success.  You'll ideally have/be:

  • An experienced team leader from a Claims background, although those with experience in the insurance industry are very welcome to apply
  • Evidence of mentoring and developing teams to a high performance standard
  • Knowledge of the principals of insurance and claims process
  • Exceptional customer service ethics - ensuing clients and policy holders receive a first class service from your team
  • The ability to deal with challenges and setbacks, resolving any issues in a calm and methodical manner
  • Strong organisational skills, coupled with attention to detail
  • Flexibility in your approach to changing priorities
