This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist environmental consultancy who provide expert services to the construction and infrastructure industries. They are looking for an experienced OCDEA to join their Energy team based in Bedford.
Role responsibilities for an OCDEA Include:
- Produce Part L SAP assessments and calculations for client's construction projects to ensure compliance is achieved
- Produce general energy and sustainability reports for clients within a timely manner
- Provide clients highly technical sustainable solutions to reduce their projects carbon footprint and minimise their environmental impact
The ideal OCDEA will have:
- An OCDEA qualification through a credible accreditation scheme
- A minimum of 3 years' experience within a domestic energy assessor role delivering Part L SAP assessments
- Experience delivering energy statements for planning requirements for construction projects
- Previous experience in a client facing role would be beneficial
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
