Your Role:
- Sourcing and resourcing top talent for all commercial roles
- Supporting four consultants by identifying the best candidates for their vacancies
- Screening and interviewing candidates to match them with the right opportunities
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with candidates to create a talent pool
About You:
- Previous experience in resourcing or recruitment
- A positive, eager-to-learn attitude with a desire to grow and progress
