Location: Bedford

Salary: £28,00 - £30,000

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm

Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional looking for a dynamic administrative role? Our client, a leader in manufacturing, are recruitiing a Sales & Admin Support expert to join their team.

This key position supports the after-sales and field service teams, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. The role offers variety, ranging from administrative tasks to customer support and travel coordination, making it an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input engineers’ worksheets and timesheets into the SAP CS module.
  • Generate invoices from SAP.
  • Answer customer phone calls to support after-sales coordinators.
  • Book travel arrangements for engineers and after-sales staff.
  • Provide holiday cover for after-sales coordinators.
  • Send welcome packs, spare parts packages, and service contracts to customers.
  • Manage health and safety administration.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Previous experience in a service support or administrative role.
  • Familiarity with end-line packaging machinery.
  • Experience using the SAP CS module.
