They have a vacancy for a Court of Protection & PI Trusts Legal Executive/Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE to join their growing team. Day-to-day of the role:- Manage Professional Deputyship matters with minimal supervision.
- Handle Personal Injury Trusts matters with minimal supervision.
- Contribute to marketing their services and achieving the firm’s corporate objectives.
- Undertake any relevant and associated duties as directed.
- Maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge required for Court of Protection and Personal Injury Trusts, ensuring compliance with Lexcel standards.
- Qualified as a Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years PQE.
- Proven track record in Court of Protection and/or Personal Injury Trusts.
- Strong communication skills, persuasive and commercially astute.
- Excellent client care skills and ability to work effectively within a diverse professional team.
- Proficient with case management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Capable of working autonomously, producing high-quality work with minimal supervision.
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
- Effective in business development and comfortable with networking.
- Skilled in time recording, file management, and able to mentor and delegate to junior team members.
