TSR Legal are pleased to be working with a successful conveyancing law firm, who are looking for Experienced Title Checkers to join their growing Residential Department. Successful candidates will be responsible for the checking and reporting on all legal titles, as well as searching and reporting on all search results. You will also be expected to handle all contacts in a professional manner and manage workloads effectively.
The successful candidate for this role should have a good knowledge of the conveyancing process, familiarity with the roles of support teams such as accounts and post-completion, and the ability to identify any issues and raise the relevant enquiries.
To be successful in this role you should possess excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as a strong technical understanding of legal titles and search results.
