What You Will Do:

• Operate Vehicle Chassis Dynamometer and drive emissions test cycles to WLTP Standard.
• Conduct on-road Real Drive Emissions testing and emissions analysis measurement.
• Utilize vehicle system knowledge for fault finding and apply fundamental understanding of vehicle dis-assembly and assembly techniques.
• Set up instrumentation and use vehicle diagnostic tools for data acquisition and report writing.
• Ensure facility and instrumentation calibration to maintain high standards of testing.
• Support Testing in static and dynamic conditions to gather accurate, timely, and quality test data/results.

What You Will Bring:

• Experience with Emissions/Test Systems such as Horiba or AVL.
• Minimum C&G / BTEC L3 in mechanical, electrical, or automotive engineering, ideally coupled with a recognised apprenticeship or qualification.
• Proficiency in practical mechanical/electrical skills.
• A good knowledge of Microsoft Packages including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail, with the ability to work as part of a team.

This role offers £18.64/hr PAYE and includes 34 days paid holiday and pension contributions - Salary equivalent estimate (£37,804 per annum). 12-month initial rolling contract with 4 weeks notice. 39 hours a week; Core hours Monday-Thursday 08:00-17:00. Friday 08:00-13:20.
