Vetting and On boarding Coordinator - BedfordPertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for a Vetting and On boarding Coordinator for our client based in Bedford.We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Vetting and On boarding Coordinator to join our client in this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the vetting and on boarding processes for new hires, ensuring that all pre-employment checks are completed efficiently and in line with our high standards. You will work closely with candidates, managers, and other key stakeholders to deliver a seamless on boarding experience that aligns with the company policies.Salary: £24,000Hours: 8:30-4:30 pmDuties:- Coordinate and manage the on boarding and vetting processes, ensuring strict adherence to policies, SLAs, and KPIs.- Communicate proactively with offered candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders to ensure a smooth on boarding experience.- Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the on boarding process, ensuring compliance with HR systems, GDPR, and safeguarding regulations.- Collaborate with the HR team to identify opportunities for process improvements, enhancing efficiency and response times.- Provide regular updates and effective communication to all stakeholders regarding on boarding progress.Requirements:- Previous compliance/on boarding experience- To be able to plan and manage your workload- Computer literate and confident in using Microsoft packages- Excellent customer serviceIf you would be interested, please apply, or call Corinne at Pertemps.
