PD/CDM Advisor - Health & Safety Consultancy UK-Wide | £47,000 - £58,000   We are seeking an experienced PD/CDM Advisor to join our growing consultancy team, delivering expert guidance on the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a variety of projects, ensuring compliance and promoting best practices in health & safety.   The Role: Act as Principal Designer/CDM Advisor, supporting clients in meeting their CDM 2015 duties.   Work closely with external Principal Designers and Clients to plan, manage, and monitor the pre-construction phase.   Ensure compliance by maintaining a log of Principal Designer/CDM(A) appointments and conducting compliance sampling.   Support Clients in providing pre-construction information to the Principal Designer.   Monitor ongoing collaboration between the Principal Designer and Principal Contractor throughout the construction phase.   Assist in compiling Health & Safety Files.   Regularly attend site meetings to conduct site assessments and ensure compliance.   What We're Looking For: ? Essential:   NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate.   Membership of IOSH or APS.   Proven experience in a similar CDM/Health & Safety role.   Excellent knowledge of CDM 2015 Regulations.   Strong verbal and written communication skills.   Full UK Driving License.   Experience handling large and complex projects.   Willingness to travel and attend all site meetings.   ? Desirable:   NEBOSH Diploma / Grad IOSH.   Knowledge of Facilities Management (FM).   Understanding of PDBR (Principles of Design for Building Regulations) - if not already familiar, full support will be provided for development in this area.   Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD).   Experience in preparing and delivering reports and training.   The Ideal Candidate: Confident, proactive, and able to work independently.   Excellent at building relationships and influencing stakeholders.   Well-organised with strong time management skills.   Able to manage own diary and workload efficiently.   Detail-oriented, with a calm and considered approach.   A true team player, willing to travel nationwide (with occasional overnight stays).   Why Join?   Competitive salary of £47,000 - £58,000.   Work on diverse, high-profile projects.   Opportunity for career progression and development, including PDBR training and support.   Interested?
