Role Summary
Dunbar Education is thrilled to represent an outstanding opportunity for a passionate Science Teacher to take on the Head of Faculty role within a high-achieving Science department. The successful candidate will lead a dedicated team of seven Science teachers, fostering a positive learning environment and consistently delivering strong results. • Lead the Science Faculty, raising standards and ensuring exceptional teaching across the department.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Collaborative, forward-thinking, and committed to achieving the highest standards.
• Proven record of successful teaching across all key stages, with an ability to make learning both challenging and enjoyable.
• Holds Qualified Teacher Status and a strong academic background, ideally with an Honours Degree or equivalent.
• Experience with both curricular and pastoral responsibilities.
• Exhibits high personal standards, including reliability, punctuality, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and professional approach to teaching and leadership.
• Engages in CPD and open to further professional development.
