Venn Group are currently recruiting for a Group HR Manager on behalf of an educational group.

This role is pivotal in providing high-quality HR support to college leaders, managers, and employees, ensuring the student experience remains at the heart of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Management: Oversee the HR team, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to SLAs. Provide performance management, set standards, and offer regular feedback.
  • Employee Relations: Act as the ER expert, managing complex cases, supporting legal processes, and ensuring compliance with legislation and best practices.
  • Policy Development: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, driving continuous improvement across the Group.
  • Training & Development: Ensure the HR team is up-to-date with mandatory training and support their professional development.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience); CIPD Level 7 is desirable.
  • Experience: Proven experience in HR management, extensive knowledge of employee relations, and experience managing Employment Tribunal cases.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and communication skills. Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
