We are looking for a Recruitment Executive to join our team here in Wyboston!
Role details:
- Recruitment Executive - Temporary Desk
- Based at Wyboston Lakes, a beautiful location with a gym across the road, lakes to walk around, and modern serviced offices.
- Competitive annual salary + uncapped commission
The role will see you:
- Engaging in full 360 recruitment processes, from sourcing to sales.
- Growing and managing your own desk, delivering above and beyond clients' expectations and continually engaging candidates, ensuring quick fills of temporary vacancies.
- Being a figurehead for temporary recruitment through the local and national marketplace, creating open and honest relationships to deliver our brand values.Â
- Being driven to develop your desk, through B2B sales calls, face to face meetings and Teams calls.Â
- Using entrepreneurial skills; make your desk a success, knowing there is support around you from an experienced team.Â
- Resourcing candidates using a range of tools, methods, and databases.
- Working with a commercial mindset to response rapidly and be as proactive as possible.Â
To be suitable for the role, you will have the following experience and skills:
- Previous recruitment experience - this could be in-house or agency, as long as you also have sales experience.Â
- Ambitious and keen to develop business with current and new clients, by being on the phone and attending meetings. Â
- Exceptional communication skills, both written & verbal.
- A sense of resilience with a strong desire to succeed, whilst being human in approach to people and tasks.
- Great organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Target driven, whatever your reasons to reach your targets!
- A great team player who likes to be part of company morale and continues to drive our values.Â
