# OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and technically proficient Technical Support Specialist to join our team in the security industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Access Control, CCTV, Intruder systems, and possess excellent troubleshooting skills. # Responsibilities- Provide first-line support for customer inquiries and technical issues related to security products- Handle helpdesk requests and assist with test & returns processes- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with Access Control, CCTV, and Intruder systems- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution- Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical solutions

# Qualifications- Technical-minded individual with a passion for the security industry- Previous experience in a technical support role, preferably within the security or related industry- Strong knowledge of Access Control, CCTV, and Intruder systems- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
