As the IT Support Technician your role will involve the following important duties:
- Support and maintain Desktop operating systems and phones.
- General maintenance of all IT-related hardware and software.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Fault finding.
- Support and maintain laptops, desktops and printers.
- Setting up and configuring new laptops, desktops and users.
- Making of Cat 5e network cables.
- Creating purchase requisitions.
The experience required…
As a successful IT Support Technician, you will have the following:
- Minimum of 2 years IT Support experience previously.
- Good working knowledge of Windows desktop and server OS.
- Knowledge of PC and laptop hardware.
- Windows Domains and Active Directory.
- Office 365 experience.
- SCCM.
- Good communication skills.
