Job Description:

As a Manufacturing Technician, you'll play a crucial role in the production of high-quality cooling solutions for data centres and other critical environments. You'll work hands-on with various components and assemblies, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Employment Type:

This position is offered on a temporary basis with the opportunity for permanent employment based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and install complex cooling system components
  • Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment
  • Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient with hand tools and rivet guns
  • Experience in manufacturing or assembly work
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to read and understand technical documentation
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • GCSEs or equivalent; technical training or NVQ is a plus
